Growth on baby sulcatas jaw

we noticed this about 2 weeks ago. there hasn’t been a change in any of her normal stuff. foods the same. soaks twice a day. humidity and heat is steady. she seems to be less interested in food for some reason and has this growth on her jaw. she goes to eat but hesitates to actually take a bite. i don’t know what the problem could be shes about 3 months old. please help

It look like what happened to this one. This person treated his with antibiotics I believe and saved it. Wait for experienced members opinion.

You'll need to take him to a qualified tortoise vet. I'm guessing that a splinter of food has punctured into the skin and become infected. It hurts to open his mouth, so he stops eating.
