First morning

Eating and drinking!! Yay!!! Spent all morning working in his enclosure while he slept in his hide. Now that I am done for the day he is off to explore his new home.

Thank you!! Yes,shellysmom he is doing great. He has been to the water quite a bit drinking and walking through it. I am still trying to find a good wading tub. I may actually put two in there because of the size. I also found some flowering weeds Turtle Table says are safe so my son and I took a walking digging them up and I have added those as well.

You could also plant some opuntia in there, I bet s/he would love it and it's pretty much a hands-off plant. Your soil looks nice and sandy, so it should do well there, though it appears shady on that side of the house. I assume you took the above pictures in the morning, does it get any direct sunlight throughout the day? The cacti would be happier with 6-8 hours of direct sunlight.

There are parts of the enclosure that get sun throughout the day. Most of it is always shade though. I didn't realize that until I spent most of the day out there today working in it. Oh and Houdini pulled it off again. After all my work trimming the edges he escaped a second time. I got him figured out though. After he got out again I realized he wasn't going under the fence he fits through it!! The door is fixed and problem solved! Stinker!!
