Feeding tortoise

Dear all

I would like to know the following, kindly help me
How many times a day do we feed the tortoise?
Currently i am feeding them twice daily with cabbage, green vegetables nd flamboyan flowers.
Is this ok?

What species are you talking about? Twice a day is fine. However, you need to add a bigger variety to their diet. I'm not sure cabbage is the best to feed, for plant eaters, spring mix, endive, kale, mustard greens, clover, dandelion, hibiscus, mulberry, grass, just for a few ideas.
