Do torts have a calcium storage sacks

I'm wondering if torts have places they store their calcium besides bone? I have heard other reptiles have it.

Not that I have read about. Bone, blood, tissues... thats about it.

No they can't "store" excess calcium. They pass what ever they don't need. That's why we have to continually give it to them and make sure they stay well hydrated so they can pass the excess with minimal complication.
