My little tort keeps climbing a wall.
We just noticed now and he/she keeps doing it repeatedly.
What should I do?

You check your temperatures ? It maybe to hot . Your enclosure maybe to small . Have you guys been letting it walk around the house ? If so it knows there's a world outside its enclosure . Can it see through or over the wall ? If so block its view.

She has a glass wall and she can see.
It is 25 -30 degrees Celsius and her inclouser 5 by 2 feet and she is 6 inch by 4 inches long.
We only let her out once to bathe her.

also find a way to "round" your corners.. a "flipper" is a danger to themselves. Make sure it can't flip under or on top of a heat source or a water source. Six inches is fairly big you shouldn't have this problem too much longer, I think there's a pivotal length where it's not easy for them to get up high enough to flip
