Charlie's Improvement

Check out Charlie's growth since April, 2015. We found him crossing a desert highway in terrible shape. Injuries from a predator and terrible pyramiding. He has been growing fast and his new growth is dark and smooth. His skin on his head is smoother and nicer looking. Simi Valley, California is a little kinder to him than the Nevada desert. I'm so looking forward to seeing his continued improvement.

Charlie looks so much better. It is amazing in what a short time a good diet and proper care will do for and animal. Don't forget his soaks and fresh water available all the time. Keep up the great job. Charlie is lucky to found you.

Thank you. He is frequently soaked in a wash tub and has an extra large plant saucer full of water available at all times. We sunk the saucer in the lawn slightly so that the surface of the water is at ground level. Sometimes he goes in there and soaks himself. Here's last Summer and present in his tub.
