broad leaf mix safe for humans

ok I know strange question. I am about to purchase the broad leaf mix from tortoisesupply. i just want to know if the mix is safe for humans to eat. i grow a bunch of stuff for us and am trying to see if we can eat this. it doesn't say what plants are in it. thanks guys.

The cilantro, carrots, turnip, parsley, and plantago ( I think it came in the mix) are probably safe for you to eat. I didn't like the black medic or the grasses. I believe there is also some clovers, but haven't been able to identify everything. You could grow a small flat of it and from that identify the things that are edible for you.
