Yes, the first picture is just a tad too long right in front. The other picture is just fine.

The first one agree, a bit too long. The second one is fine. Are you feeding them on a piece of tile or flat stone? If not, do so, it will help to file them down and to keep them filed down.

I have them eatting of a terracotta plate how do i fix her over grown beak i dont want to hurt her do the feel pain in there beak or is it like a finger nail

And I'm pretty positive that their beaks are like fingernails. If you file it too short though it will hurt so be careful about that.

I would leave that beak alone. With a good weedy diet and some occasional whole cactus pads, that will probably work itself out.

They love there weeds i hope it can work it sell out will a cuddle bone help

Yes, and if they eat it, it can give them calcium. I feed my tort on a flat rock, and it keeps his nice and short.
