What species and what size is he?
It’s a Hors, I’m unsure of the size as I've only held it once but it can fit in the palm of my hand and is 4,5 years old. Sorry that's not much of an answer. Thank you.
At that age it needs to be in a minimum of a 4x8 foot enclosure. Does not neet to be in a enclosed chamber enclosure/ vivarium.
65 watt flood bulb in an open table would probably work, but only you with a temp gun can really know.

Only your thermometer can answer this question for you, but 65 watts is a good starting point.
I agree that this vivarium is much too small for a 4-5 year old horsfield. You need something much larger than that.
