I ordered my hatchling tortoise and got it last Monday. I have her in a humid environment with coco fiber to burrow in, a mug to hide in, and a little bowl of clean water. I also have a UVB lamp and heat lamp, I leave the heat lamp on 24/7 and the UVB during the day.
Everyday I offer her tomatoes or nightcrawlers but she refuses to eat. She is the same size in which I got her last week, about 1.5 inches.
I left her alone all last week so she could adjust, and I've been letting her soak in warm water before I offer food. Someone please help!

What was she fed before you got her? Offer her cantaloupe, bananas, black/blueberries. Give her a variety. Make sure she's 85 degrees,or she won't eat. Babies also won't eat if you are watching them. Here a link to a care sheet to help you. Please keep asking questions

I always leave uneaten food for a box turtle in his habitat, usually you'll see it's all gone at night....
