Are these edible?

I've been looking all around the woods and my yard for more plants that my tort can eat.

What do you guys think about these?
The white flower is growing on a bus and there is a large amount of them at the edge of the woods. Some type of rose?

Is every weed with spiky leaves basically a thistle

The second one is wild rose - edibe. I don't know what the first one is, and I agree with Blake on the thistle.

First one is dame's rocket, edible but don't over feed. Mine aren't eating it this spring.
