Hello! Could anyone share photos of their lighting setup with an Animal Plastics enclosure?

I have the option with a basking shelf, but feel any lamps I place in there would be too close to our Lepoard Tort, Bowser.

I want to make sure I have a good setup because I think I'm going to have to drill holes into the lid/sides.

Also we have a humidifier for Bowser as well that will need to have the tube ran through.

Pictures attached are of Bowser's new enclosure and their current light setup.

Any and all advice is welcome! Thank you! ????

You should not get the basking shelf option. No need for it.

You should not run a humidifier on a tortoise. Its not good for them to be breathing those fine water droplets. Maintain humidity by reducing ventilation and increasing moisture. In your new AP enclosure, humidity will be very easy to maintain and you will not need the humidifier anyway.

Get the 6 inch litter dam.

Have them install an incandescent socket on each side and their LED lighting too.

Get the locking option. You will like it.

Go big. Get one at least 18inches tall, and 24-30 inches tall is better. Don't get a 12 or 15 inch tall model. Its too short.
