Acceptable treat?

New owner here. Someone left 2 young russians on my front doorstep 2 weeks ago because they knew I kept snakes and reptiles.
I've been reading a lot about what I should and should not feed them and they are eating well and seem healthy.
I read that they can be fed prickly pear cactus as an occasional treat. I know that the bearded dragon bites have that as an ingredient. Would it be okay to give them these bites as a treat once in a while or are the other ingredients not good for them?

Isn't it amazing how once people find out you have a reptile you start getting more and more? That happened to me too, and I eventually started a turtle and tortoise rescue.

Yes, those treats would be ok to give to your new Russian tortoises occasionally.
