This is a very nice sub adult pair of Northern Diamondback Terrapins (Malaclemys terrapin terrapin). This pair was born in 2006 and has done perfect in fresh water since they left the egg. Born here, this pair has lived both indoors and out and feeds on reptomin incredibly with the addition of fish, clams and some chicken. They are flawless except for a few extra scutes on the female.
The male is 4.5" the female is 5.5-6". These will breed in a year or two.
