Hello guys, I've got a leopard tortoise for almost 20 years in Johannesburg. But recently my tenant just sent it to wildlife vet without telling us. If we want our tortoise back, the permit is needed. Any one could show us how to apply for that permit? TIA. (the official website cannot open)
