septicemia

Hi all, Ive noticed my tortoise has a pinky tint on the bottom of his shell and i was looking for advice, he is eating and drinking as normal but i am concerned as one of my friends said it could be septicaemia but i am not sure, ill attatch a photo so any help would be appreciated.
