basking light

Seems that i can't find incandescent bulbs here in the uk and i want to remove my MVB bulb now that i have a 12% uvb tube light. Id like any ideas on the subject. someone suggested a security light without a sensor attached to a dimmer. Also if anyone has ideas on covers for my tortoises table...
