    Natural Nest v.s. Incubator

Hi! One of my Redfoot laid two eggs for the first time today. So, as you can imagine, I have a lot of questions in my mind, but the main question is: What is better for the eggs? The nest or a homemade incubator? I know that a lot of professionals here use incubators due to some factors like...

Could I house two young RF's and a baby Cherry Head in same outdoor enclosure?

The space is 12x8. Redfoots are similar in size (6 inches) but the Cherry Head is a baby and came from a different source. My plan is to keep the Cherry Head in an indoor enclosure for few months but later I would like to move it to the outdoor space.

    Redfoot eating a caterpillar

I found a caterpillar inside my Redfoots enclosure today and minutes later the caterpillar was resting in peace. I know that RF's eat earthworms in the wild, but I don't know if caterpillars are included in their diet. Can anyone tell me if I have to worry about it?

    Planting invasive plants.

I found this post from 2012: Ok, so i contacted one of the editors for The Tortuga Gazette, about the article and he replied this "I wrote the article about the Passion Vine. You need not worry about your tortoises eating the leaves. The cyanide you mention is present in very young, unripe...
