If the little guy can't hold his head up in a bath that's very concerning. Is your entire tank 95 to 100 degrees? He/she needs to have an area to cool down if it gets to hot. Part of the tank needs to be around 75 to 80 degrees. I would definitely keep looking for a vet and get him checked...
