Is trimming the beak something that is easily done? We do have a reptile vet practice in town that I can go to if needed.

I’m concerned that my red footed tortoise’s beak needs trimmed. I’ve tried the calcium beak block and she has no interest. Thoughts? Suggestions? I honestly don’t know what normal is.

This is what her temp and humidity reading say. I just replaced all her bedding because I have no idea how old it is.
Should I spritz down her bedding daily to help with humidity?

Here is an updated picture of Ivory in our tub doing her soak. The strawberries are enrichment for going up and down the tub. Our tub has traction so she can go from one end to another. I’m not sure how deep the water should be but for now I simply make it deep enough for it to cover her...
We rescued a 10-yr old female red footed tortoise named Ivory. Apparently her owners have had her since a hatchling and just weren’t interested in her any longer. Poor girl.
