Hi! It’s been very long since the last update but he is still growing fast and is bigger. Also, can he eat parts of an Italian Cypress Tree? I couldn’t find any info on that on the tortoise table. Oh, I almost forgot but he turned 1 year old about a month ago.

Hi! Update, Torpedo is growing at a massive rate! He is 9 months old and has grown 200 grams! This is when we first got him, Now, He is 241 grams and Massive!

Hi! How often will Groot move around and/or try to eat. Does Groot ever try to thermoregulate by moving in and out of heat or does Groot not move at all? For the Che how hot is the enclosure and how cold at night?

I just got Torpedo! He weighs 42 grams and is a beautiful little tortoise.

Hello! I’m back and I’m going to get a new sulcata from Arizona Sulcata which does soak their hatchlings every day and is close enough to pick one up. I’m making the enclosure closed with plastic sheeting as reccommended so I get their full year health guarantee.
