That is the old wrong way to house them, and they should also never be in pairs. Read this thread, and look for the leopard tortoise care sheet near the bottom:

Thankyou so much for the link and the help I have read this whole article of yours and what if I close the tortoise table and make it a closed chamber. And if that can contain the humidity than will that be ok ? And you said they should not be housed in pairs I didn’t get that ? Should they be kept individual ?

The wood will rot on a table, but you can try. Be sure all heating and lighting is inside the closed chamber, not outside on top. Humidity in the hide should be 100%. 80% in the rest. Individuals are fine and groups are fine. Pairs are the problem. Its explained in the thread.

Yes I read the whole thread from top to bottom it’s extremely informative and lots things or I would say misconceptions about tortoise raising are now clear for me. Thankyou for this wonderful information. If I want to share a photo of my enclosure with you how can I do so ?

I had one more question can I soak them in sun ? So that while soaking they can absorb uv as well from sun ?

Yes. I do it all the time. You just have to be VERY careful with the temperature. Set them some where with partial shade so that as the sun moves, they end up in full shade. Every few minutes you'll have to push the tub more into the sun. This way, if you get distracted, and you will, they end up in the shade instead of cooking in full sun.
