Hi I took my Russian in last year not knowing anything. It came with a tortoise table that has a bed in closure , the basking lamp was bought at the same time from a pet shop. I think the set up cost £150.
he eats, anything from diffrant lattice to grapes , I try different veg and fruit and change this daily ,also fresh water every day, I was told he wouldnt hibernate but he did Dec to March,

What foods have you been feeding her? How often do you soak her?

You can make a very good humid hide by just cutting open an entrance in some tupperware and using the lid to cover it. Put some substrate in and moisten every day. That will help with shell development.
