Tortoise arrived this morning. I was worried after Paul's warning, but tortoise was clean, shell seems solid, and he is checking out his new enclosure. I have a couple plants, but it is hard to find them this time of year, will need to add some come Spring.
Ok, I got the Vapor lights and took the coil lights out. The enclosure is 8 feet by 30 inches. The top is 6 and a half feet with a 16 inch cave. The lower section is 6 feet. I tried to order from Snakes at Sunset, but they sold out the day before I was ready to order. I have one Hermann's coming...
Thanks for the replies. Some of the research I did said two females will do fine together, that's why I planned on 2. I will only get 1. I do have the coil bulbs, I will get two mercury vapor bulbs instead, looks like I will have to get new fixtures as well.
