My baby sulcata tortoise has a bump on her ear area and I'm not sure what it is. Opinions? And should she be taken to the vet?

She's kept warm at at least 75 degrees all the time. And I fed her Pumpkin because I heard it's a natural laxative, and I give her warm soaks, but she still hasn't gone. Anything else that might work?
