Hello. I have a Dalmatian Hermann's Tortoise that is an outside habitat here in central Florida. I recently found a little ring neck snack and am wondering if it's okay to let the little snake live with the tortoise?

I use Featherbrite Full Spectrum Light Bulbs for our Bourke Parakeet...and, am wondering if these would be a good choice for my Hermann's Tortoise? Right now, I'm using a Zoo Med ReptiSun 5.0 UVB for him.
