No, there was no basking light on. I'll work on re-aranging his enclosure. He's fine now- walking around and eating and such. Thanks for the help :)

I've found him upside down in his glass enclosure- he usually wakes out of his hide when we turn the lights on- so I'm guessing he was upside down for a few minutes. Will he be ok? I should also mention he's eating, walking, basically acting normal.

I only have one dome lamp, and I a planning to swap out the basking lamp for a CHE (Ceramic Heat Emitter) at night. How long do I need to let each bulb to cool off? Do I need to wear any special thing, like oven mitts to handle the CHE?

I've had a Zoo Med tortoise house enclosure for quite a while now, and I've recently been informed that it's not a good enclosure. What terrariums are good to buy? They all seem to be pretty expensive, is there any sellers that have lower prices? Also, how big should it be?

My house gets lower than 60 at night usually 56 or 55, so I'll get that ceramic heat emitter. Terrariums seem to be waaay expensive. Especially bigger ones. I'll take out the divider, so it's a bit bigger. Although, what should I use for a basking area?
