Hi guy, I got myself a bunch of Cranberry Hibiscus, Hibiscus Acetosella. Is this safe and a good staple for my Burmese Stars? Trying to give them as much as possible a varied natural diet.

They're both 4", have no idea when they were hatched. I assume they are 1.5 years old? There is a humid hide box placed in their enclosure though
