I would take out the moss and only use ambient light for its enclosure not uv. Cover 3/4 of the tank and keep humidity high.

Thanks everyone for your replies and good wishes. I really am trying to avoid lying at all costs. Next application I put in I will only disclose my dog and two cats and see what happens from there. I have rentals insurance already through my car insurance company (AAA). I'll look into that...
