Des, the Hermann's tortoise, new to the family

Hi Sarah, How exciting! Flash is so cute. I'm trying not to turn into Mrs silver from esio trot but already stressing that Des isn't eating enough :/ (we're on day 3). How's flash getting on with that? I'm thinking of getting seeds so we can go homegrown ...? Where in the UK are you?

I'm excited for you! I've been wanting to get one for some time and am so happy now Des is with us (not definite on the name yet ... :)). The kids are loving having a new member of the family too! Are you getting a baby or an older one?

Hi Me and my kids just got a long-awaited hermanns tortoise. I'm in love . Still nameless, and just a baby - not even a year old. Had its first bath today. We're excited about learning more :)
