I have 2 russians, 1hermans ,and 1 3toedbox in a 12ft by 6ft outdoor screened pen and its divded into 3 sections. I was wondering about hibernating them in northern illinois outdoors wat preperations should i take?ive heard of people hibernating torts in the northeastern states.

Well i decided to leave it be. Its to risky when my nephews are over on the weekends.

Well im back on!! Well last year i bought a female false map and i fenced in my pond with some ugly chickenwire stuff. Now im wondering will the map still have the urge to runaway or should i leave the fence?

i did the starvation method I got him to eat a plate of plantain, rasberrys, corn, carrots and green beans

I got my female 3 toed boxie 2 days ago and shes only wants to eat worms. Ive been offering her green beans, cantaloupe, blueberries, carrots , grapes and portabella mushrooms every morning and she has no interest any suggestions?

She also has bad hunting skills i put worms in her dish and she keeps missing them lol ill probably have to buy bigger worms

Here she is she's pretty active but skinny so I'll have to fatten her up :) Still don't have a name

I used to use coil bulbs in the winter but now I was warned that they cause eye problems what are some cheap and effective uvb bulbs?

I found this boxie on craigslist for $4o so I couldn't risk her going to a bad home so I planned out a box turtle for $ exchange in a public location I plan on keeping her:tort: in my 5x5 tortoise quarantine run outdoor for the rest of the summer till I finish my box turtle garden:)
