Winter indoor house

It measures 4'+ by 2"+ so I think it's big enough for winter I put the hay in there, he picks at it occasionally. (Don't have his lights set up yet!)

You are probably going to add a shallow water dish, and a hide or two? Your tortoise looks quite active.

He is very! Walks around all day and about 6pm every night he burrows under hay and falls asleep. I had a half log hide in there but he won't go in it :/ he seems to like to hide in the hay better so I'm gonna stack some more in there and yes I have his water dish I just had to wash it before i transferred it from his temporary home to his new home I will add to his house as I find new things to try! ) love our new family member!!
