No. That is the full size type. That is fine for heating a whole room, but not for a night box.

You need a mini radiant oil-filled heater.
I already have a whole size one, will heating the whole room work?

Hello!
It should work, however heating the whole room to 85F will result in higher electricity bill.

With such set up you may use radiator without plugging an external thermostat (just the knobs on the radiator itself).

The most important parameter to watch for is a temperature closer to the floor in the box. Once it settles down to the desired value (85F) you can close the mesh windows on top of the box to maintain humidity inside.
