So only the foot cream for 10 days and then let it heal? Or continue with the foot cream untill it is gone? Turt has some small spots on his plastron. I have been treating it for 10 days now.

Neosporin or any other antibiotic can be useful initially. But do not use it again. Because it will actually slow down the regrowth.Athletes foot cream or neosporin work well. Must be kept dry.
