You can treat it with athletes foot creme from the dollor store. I believe you just rub it on once and it should fix it.

The photo looks like his plastron is dirty. Washing it off & posting a new photo would be helpful.

Beautiful baby. Needs hot temps and high humdity. Keep humidity above 60 and temps between 95-98 for babies. Warm size can be high 68 or 70s
