tuxy is sick

so Tuxy is sick I have an appointment with the vet on Monday. I am keeping him warm and giving him quiet time. What else should I do? thank you for any ideas.

the vet will not give me any advice until she see's him. i did another post of him. " neck looks funny"
it may be an tympanic abscess? I just want to do what is best for him. thanks

I give him one everyday. He loves it. Only time he goes to the bathroom. I change it right away. Should I do the carrot water?
