Tortoise won’t eat

Hello, I have a baby Indian star tort and he barely eats or moves around. What am I doing wrong? I’m very worried. Any input would be much appreciated.

Problems like this can usually be attributed to the way the tortoise is living. Please post pictures of the tortoise in his enclosure and give us more info - food, heat, etc.
