Today I did a monthly weigh in and measuring etc and checking of her shell and noticed she has a pinky patch at the top of plastron and I’m extremely worried ? What could cause this she is active eating and put on 20 grams in a month she’s 1 year old

It can be growth on the new shell. It can also be internal bleeding! If it is active I think the former as a young growing yearling. Monitor and seek expert advise if required.
