Tortoise is constipated - HELP

My Sulcata ate an entire oval shaped calcium bar overnight. Now she appears to be constipated, passing gas, and she is not eating today. What should I do?

Put her in a large container, like your tub. Warm water just past where the top and bottom shell meet. Leave her in there, keep her warm and try to keep her moving. The movement will help get things inside moving.
What does her diet consist of?

What is this calcium "bar"? What size is it? Can you post a picture of one beside the tortoise for comparison?
