Tiny puff ?

After the puncture on my tortoise's neck has closed, he has on the sight of the puncture a less than a centimeter puff or a slightly thick layer of skin under the puncture.
Is that ok and will go after the puncture heals completely ?
I posted no picture because it is unnoticeable by the camera.

It is probably scar tissue and should be fine.

Sounds like scar tissue to me and that would be normal after a puncture wound.

As long as the "puff" is not due to something stuck under the skin then it is likely just scar tissue...
