Well as many of you know it is 'Bonfire Night' Here in the UK..

'Remember remember the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
I see no reason why gunpowder, treason
Should ever be forgot...'

Will Tiago be okay with all of the loud bangs and Sudden flashes?
Am i over reacting?
He is in the Attic as we got it converted....2 rooms one my bedroom one tiagos room......
And the window is slanted so as the fireworks rise they will pop outside the windows ( not literaly) ,

Will he be okay...?

We have 4th of July here and I have had no problems with the torties. Now the bird and cats are another story. They do not like it at all. I leave all the lights on and TV up really loud!

He will be fine... they don't bother the tortoises as they do some dogs or cats...

I wasn't too worried about Squirt. I closed my black out blinds and curtains (she still had MVB on and it was dark anyway!) so she couldn't see flashes and there's not to many round our area anyway!
Apparently my mums dog started trying to climb into mums jumper but my dog, the usually wimpy one!, didn't even bat an eyelid!

As for the horses both were lightly sedated before I left the yard! I was most worried about them! After all its a year since a suspected firework spooked Jimbo and he almost died! :(

Remember- turtles and tortoises hear relatively little and go mostly by vibration. Big booms from nearby might make them look around, but most of the stuff is not a big deal.
