Table help

Hi all, I recently converted a book shelf into a table for my Russian and I'm looking for something to make some legs or to lay it flat on? I don't want to put it at ground level because I have a dog and although it has a cover my dog can be crafty.
Money is a bit tight at the moment so something easy and not too expensive would be great

Any ideas would be really helpful, thanks!

How high do you need to raise it? It will be pretty heavy with substrate in. Whatever you use will need to be sturdy and strong.

It might be worth looking at craigslist/freecycle (depending on which side of the Atlantic you are) to see if you can get something cheap or free second hand.

Check garage sales for an old coffee table. Or make your own, get some wood and brackets from Home Depot .
