Those two are on opposite ends of the tort spectrum. There are always both on craislist. Read about the care on both. The sulcata gets a lot bigger then a Russian.

I have a 3 year old Sulcata male:) I am aware of proper care. Thanks♥ Nothing on craigslist in my area:(

Do you have any tort rescues in your area? What is your area? I would keep checking. Also have you looked on fauna or kingsnake classified?

I checked all surrounding areas...also two rescues which have nothing available. I am going to Repticon in Columbia SC in July..hope to find something there:) I live in Gastonia NC:)

Try the Turtle Rescue of Long Island, she will ship. I live in NC and she shipped to me.

I have one of each and they are both nice. You just have to remember the sulcata gets very large and you need to have a place for it and it does not hibernate.

Most rescues will not adopt you a female being that you already have a male.
