Springtails

hey guys. Recently I found some springtails in my leopard’s habitat.
I’m trying to kill them with vinegar( just spray the vinegar over the habitat)
My question is : is the vinegar safe for my tortoise ?

Why not just leave them? They will help to clean the substrate of any skipped over feces

I know these little creatures won’t bite .
But every morning when you try to change the water and clean the food tray , they still bother me a lot ....

I understand. I have no idea if vinegar will both the torts.

I believe the best advice I can offer is.....you will need to get over it...you are housing a dirt/earth loving creature and with that comes critters....perhaps add some peel bugs and if you are running a moist warm environment then add some earthworms.... yup, it is what you have invited yourself into....

Springtails are desirable, people buy them to add to their enclosures for many types of reptiles and amphibians. Count your blessings you have them for free.
