Very cute. However, you have him on one of the worst substrates. Switch it out for one of these, cypress mulch, coconut coir, plain dirt. They need to be kept in a humid environment to help prevent pyramiding, which your tort is showing. Read the threads at the bottom of my post. They are all good for raising a healthy, hydrated, smooth, happy tort.
