I have 30% high fiber stuff ( mostly Timothy and Orchard hay) in my Leopard's diet. Their discharge always nice.

They alternate between easy to clean up poo and slightly gelatinous poo. It's possible that this was the gelatinous type but it fell 4.5 feet to the floor with a splat. :0/
I'll be keeping an eye on her though. I added some romaine to their food this week, that may have something to do with it as well.

They have bulky poo when they eat zoo med grassland pellets.

This isn't uncommon when the diet primarily consists of grocery store greens.
More fiber in the diet will firm the stool up nicely. Do you have a grass and weed garden growing yet so you can feed them clippings?
