Sometimes I can upload a file, sometime not....

1 out of 5 times I try to post I'm not given the opportunity to upload a file. This has been going on for at least a year, maybe more. As I type I have the option of uploading a file to this post. 2 seconds ago I tried to upload a file to a post in the adoptions section and the button is not there. 10 seconds ago I posted an uploaded file in the Leopard species section.

I can't figure out a rhyme or reason to it and it gets old. I post 30% of what I want because of this.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome!

I have noticed this sometimes too, but thought it was just some sections that didn't have the option. The adoption section, I know, I couldn't upload a file to. I also can't in private conversations.

I Can't load pics at all from my iPad mini. I even went to the Apple Store about it. They said it had to do with security issues. I know others with iPads can load them though must be me.
