Set up?

I am now the proud owner of a lovely horsefield tortoise. she has the basic essentials in her enclosure (heat and light bulb, bark, water and food bowls and chippings) but i was just wondering how to make it more interesting for Shelly..? could you pls post some pics of your enclosures..?? It would be a great help for me and my new tortoise Shelly, THANKYOU!

It's lovely! That open-mouth, "nomming the shredded lettuce" is a great photo! You may want to bury the food dish down into the substrate so he doesn't have to stretch his little neck quite so far, though.

My Fat Nat has a hide made from a cardboard box and a water dish from a plant pot saucer, so Katie I sure don't know why you say yours is nothing special, I think it's great. Good job!
