Who all is down in San Diego? Is all good fire wise? Local news shows a very bad situation down there and ya know, I just wanted go check.

A newsman from down there said it looked like the movie, “Armageddon". I don't doubt it.

I saw the space feeds of the smoke. Have the winds died down any?

Not down there...OC is getting it too...but to a lesser degree.

Temps are atill high in so cali. Winds are dead compared to what it was but still enough to move a wildfire, next few days it's suppose to cool down hopefully they can get the upper hand on te fire soon. So dry out here

Well, I will not be able to see the sunset tonight. Smoke blocks the sky to the west. The worst is south of me a few miles. The smoke is so dark and huge it looks as though the fire is right in my backyard.

Winds weren't bad today until they shifted from the west and started to blow again. There is just a lot of uncertainty because of the winds and the number of fires they are fighting.

Plus the fires creat there own drafts and pull air making it windy even when it's not. Cooler weather will help
