For adult Hermann's, which at 7 years old, your's are, the ambient daytime temperatures for normal activity should be anywhere from 70-85 degrees with a temperture under the basking site at 95-105 degrees. As important is a night time differential of 15-20 degrees from the ambient daytime temperatures. Within the range of 55-65 degrees at night. Humidity is also important for Hermann's and other Northern Mediterranean species. Ambient humidity should be kept within the 50-80% range, 55-65% being ideal.
